Senior Outreach Coordinator

Scope of Position
Coordinates outreach activities for the Medical Center within assigned territory. Develops and manages collaborations with senior medical and administrative leadership of regional hospitals. Accurately represents the opportunities and interests of regional medical communities at internal WMC program and strategic planning meetings. Provides leadership to the Regional Outreach Coordinator Program.

Position Summary
The Senior Regional Outreach Coordinator develops long-term professional relationships and markets WMC programs and services to medical communities within assigned territory. Initiates and develops collaborations with regional hospitals and WMC programs designed to expand the clinical portfolio of the regional hospital; including, but not limited, to clinical and administrative programming, program oversight, co-marketing, and co-branding. Actively participates in internal planning meetings and performs on-the-ground market assessments.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Health Education, Nursing, Health Services Administration or related field. Graduate degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 4 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Evidence of progressively responsible experience in healthcare and proven ability to build consensus, listen and manage customer issues, and work with complex groups and systems is desired
