Job Posting:

Kontoor Brands is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Management to join our team. The Senior Manager is a key subject matter expert (SME) leader in the global integrated talent COE, providing current market insights and thought leadership on best-in-class talent management. The individual will report directly to the Vice President of Talent and will focus on conceptualizing and implementing talent frameworks, programs and solutions including talent management, identifying and managing hi-potentials, career development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, organization design, and performance management. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders and the human resources team to execute initiatives and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Builds relevant talent management strategies by taking information gathered from the business and staying ahead of business needs to proactively identify effective methods to drive organizational success
  • Develop the infrastructure for leadership capabilities and competencies framework
  • Lead internal and external research projects, data and report requests from business and HRBPs (internal trend analysis, external benchmarking on span/layers, key insights to inform development and succession)
  • Partner with HRLT and COE leadership to design and implement programs with a global impact
  • Supporting the conceptualization and design of quarterly and long-term strategic roadmaps to socialize with business partners
  • Establish operational excellence across the global integrated talent COE team to improve the quality and efficiency of processes and decision making
  • Design continuous improvement and innovation initiatives for talent reviews, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning processes by ensuring integration and alignment globally

Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a cohesive team of professionals, fostering an environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Foster a team environment and a strong service culture that ensures delivery of relevant and quality-driven solutions to stakeholders
  • Facilitate continuous professional development offering team members access to training in best practices, emerging tools, and other development opportunities to build talent management capability inside our organization.

Experience/Education

  • Master's Degree in HR Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration or related discipline preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Eight (8) years of progressive human resources experience including at least five (5) at a managerial level.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and succession planning (preferably inside a global organization).
  • Strong knowledge in Organization Development or Organizational Design tools including assessment tools
  • Proficiency in relevant Workday talent modules is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in change processes and ability to act like an in-house consultant to HRBPs and the business
