Join Grady Health System as a Nurse Care Partner!
We have several exciting opportunities available for Days (7 AM - 7:30 PM), Nights (7 PM - 7:30 AM), with flexible options including Full-Time (3/12s), Part-Time (2/12s), or PRN (minimum of 6 shifts in 6 weeks). Please indicate your preference while applying.

Summary:
As a Nurse Care Partner at Grady Health System, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients. This is an essential position for those working with patients who require suicide precautions, fall prevention, or other types of supervision. You will work closely with nurses and the healthcare team to provide a safe, supportive, and healing environment.

Your responsibilities will include observing and reporting changes in patient conditions, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs), ambulation, vital signs, and contributing to the overall patient experience. You'll also help maintain a clean, well-stocked unit and provide clerical support, ensuring our healthcare providers have the tools they need to deliver excellent care.

Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college coursework preferred).
  • Two or more years of related clinical experience in an acute care setting, long-term care facility, or other direct patient care experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
  • Nursing Assistant certification or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
