Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver product demonstrations for MSP/MSSP prospects.
  • Oversee technical implementation of solutions, providing hands-on support.
  • Effectively manage trials/evaluations and proof of value of the platform at scale.
  • Establish and share best practices for solution implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights for go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the email and collaboration security product at field events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, webinars, seminars).
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFEs/RFIs/RFPs/SOW.
  • Develop and deliver technical training for MSP partners on product usage and best practices.
  • Liaise with other departments (Products, Engineering, Support) on field priorities and product roadmap.
  • Stay updated on new product releases and train partners accordingly.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partner decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales engineering, security engineering, solutions architect, technical success, technical account management, or a similar role in the MSP or tech industry.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving email delivery and mail flow issues.
  • Strong understanding of email authentication protocols like DMARC, DKIM, SPF.
  • Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with MSP partners and internal teams.
  • Proactive problem solver with a passion for partner success.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to meet partners or attend industry events.


It Would Be Great If You Also Have:



  • CISSP or other cybersecurity certification.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Team player spirit.
  • A passion for learning new things every day.
