I. JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional with solid legal technology experience to join us as Legal Technology Manager. To excel in this role, you will have the ability to foster relationships with staff across the legal department and the organization to achieve positive results. Successful candidates will have experience deploying digital technology to a legal practice area or a complementary function with transferable skills. The Legal Technology Manager will be a driving force behind optimizing our Legal Operations through technology. The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of law and technology, always on the lookout for new ways to automate processes and improve productivity. You'll be a problem-solver, a creative thinker, and a tech enthusiast all rolled into one. As a part of the Legal Operations team, the Legal Technology Manager will be responsible for working with various Legal stakeholders on projects that increase the Legal Department's efficiency. This role's focus will be on technology projects that drive digital transformation across Legal practice areas, from enhancing current systems, supporting system integrations, and developing business requirements and common processes for new system deployments. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
