Job Description

• Develop new software packages and modules in a single-family real estate acquisitions system
• Develop new features including user interface enhancements, integration between applications and databases
• Utilize a variety of software methods to perform changes to the data
• Gather end user functional and nonfunctional requirements to develop software scope
• Contribute to team effort with related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of web languages: PHP and/or ASP.NET, HTML, Javascript, CSS
• Experience with MySQL, SQL Server
• Experience with Excel, Google Maps API, JQuery, Jaspersoft, Yardi
• Understanding of at least 2 design patterns

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2 years' experience with developing and designing Software
• Self-motivated to get the job done and make recommendations to improve the code and process
• A good listener who takes detailed notes
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment
