Your tasks: As a Senior Automotive Account Manager within our Novi, MI Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to provide entire system solutions to OEMs/Tier 1s using all relevant ams OSRAM products. Business and Account Development Identify and realize opportunities with existing and subsidiary customers in the assigned territory Develop strategy needed to win the accounts Build multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy at each site and coordinate the use of internal resources, including local field application &engineers, sales management and business unit staff to drive design wins Closely work together with our Distribution partners to develop the assigned territory Provide value-added feedback on customer needs to management business units and Customer service teams Ensure customers adhere to agreed contractual terms over time Who we are looking for Who we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar field 5+ years of Semiconductor Industry Sales experience Proficient communication skills in oral and written English Ability to organize and prioritize work Has strong initiative, is self-motivated, and works autonomously Willing to work with international teams and travel ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
