Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Certification/Licensure State of New Mexico 3A Pesticide License in Ornamental and Turf Pest Control: Insecticides. State of New Mexico 3B Pesticide License in Ornamental and Turf Pest Control: Herbicides. Must obtain International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certification within one (1) year from date of hire. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
