THE JOB:

Asa Fitness Host, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to providing delightful check-in experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE SCHEDULE:Part Time

Hours of Operation:
Mon - Sun: 5:00 am - 6:00 pm

Fitness Centers

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain a clean fitness center through the reorganization of weights, ensure all areas are well stocked with water, towels, and headphones

• Ensure fitness center presentability in alignment with luxury standards

• Uphold sanitation standards through routine disinfection of gym equipment and removal of soiled linen from dock as needed

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries, requestions, concerns or guidance on proper use of equipment or workout questions

• Check guests in and out of fitness facility and complete requests and services promptly in the time allotted

• Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests, and through towels, ice towels and beverage offerings

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

• Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler's Card

• Has customer service experience in a front-facing role
