It is the primary responsibility of the Bus Runner to maintain the assigned section and keep tables in a clean, sanitary condition. This includes removing dirty dishes and debris from the tables and supplying tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. The bus runner also works in conjunction with Food Servers to ensure that outstanding guest service is constantly achieved. This includes ensuring efficient delivery of food to the restaurant. THE STARTING RATE:$15.8945/hr plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage station, including tables, chairs, and equipment. Clean and sanitize all equipment, surfaces, and dining areas to uphold health and safety standards. Keep floors free of debris and spills by regularly sweeping, mopping, and emptying garbage as required. Monitor and maintain appropriate par stock levels at the beverage station while assisting with proper stock rotation. Retrieve orders from the warehouse and efficiently restock the storeroom. Support department operations by running food and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Works varied shifts, including holidays and weekends TAM and Food Handlers card required on or before start date One (1)+ years of experience as a food runner or busser Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
