Overview

In this dynamic position, you will significantly contribute to Esri's achievements by providing administrative support to Customer Service team members. We invite you to use your strong people skills and passion for helping others to support various functions focused on delivering exceptional service. This position has advancement potential within the department and other areas throughout the organization.

Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional support: Our team works closely together to efficiently handle a wide range of requests, contributing to our customer success. This includes proficiently managing a high volume of incoming e-mail correspondence, processing mass customer data updates, ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of customer information.
  • Order Processing: Accurately and promptly generate sales orders to support internal employees attending Esri conferences and handle large volumes of order requests to support Customer Service and other Esri teams, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Master Support team responsibilities: Develop a thorough understanding of all roles and responsibilities within the Support team to provide effective back-up coverage when needed. This includes cross-training in various tasks and processes to ensure seamless support during absences or periods of high demand.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek out and engage in new opportunities to contribute as the company expands. This includes identifying areas for improvement, participating in training and development programs, and taking on additional responsibilities to support the company's growth and success.


Requirements



  • 1+ years of experience working in a professional office environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, including high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook; bonus points for Excel)
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Recommended Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$17 $26 USD
