Summary:
This role is responsible for enabling our organization's ability to make data driven decisions. You will own building the holistic data view of our organization- ensuring that the data is reliable and providing the relevant insights to drive action.

You will work closely with leadership to understand the overall CL strategy, operational processes, and broader business context and use that insight to develop the requisite data products (e.g. analytics, reports, dashboards, etc) to address the analysis and reporting needs of the organization. You will also be comfortable working with key stakeholders to deliver deeper analyses as needed - providing rich insights and conclusions to drive management action.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across Contract Logistics within NAM to understand operational processes and business context, including onsite visits to cold storage warehouses.
  • Build and maintain internal reporting pipelines and dashboards for specific CL teams including sales, operations, pricing, finance, and product.
  • Develop and build reports and presentations to tell a story using the data on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
  • Deliver insightful analyses on businesses challenges that enables leadership to make better decisions.
  • Approach the role with a continuous improvement mindset, always working to make the process more efficient and insightful.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Data Analytics/Logistics/Supply Chain or other related industry
  • Strong leadership attributes with the ability to drive performance across a diverse team of associates in a corporate environment.
  • Experience developing dashboards or performing analysis with Power BI and Excel, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, build solutions using an iterative approach.
  • Superior customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders directly.
  • Financial and analytical acumen in the areas of operations, finance, pricing and sales management.
  • Ability to self-start and self-direct analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay Range: $23-$27/hr.

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
