Coperion is hiring a Commercial Process Excellence Leader to join our team.

The Commercial Process Excellence Leader is charged with driving the Hillenbrand Operating Model (HOM) as a strategy across division sales & back-office teams in pursuit of driving world-class excellence through waste elimination, improving efficiencies, implementing standardization, and improving top line results.

Work You'llDo:

  • Facilitate & support Strategic Management and Deployment workshops to align teams in pursuit of divisional goals
  • Lead sales and office teams in developing Lean Roadmaps that proactively identify & schedule improvement plans in pursuit of KPI improvements
  • Coach change management to facilitate successful adoption and sustainability of process improvements
  • Serve as the catalyst for best practice sharing across sales and back-office teams
  • Drive innovative and technological improvements across sales & back-office operations
  • Lead RCCA (root cause corrective action) training and exercises, Value Stream Mapping efforts to gather data and analyze workflows, and bi-annual maturity assessments with sales and office support teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Practitioner) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or operational excellence roles
  • Successful experience leading improvement methodologies at multiple sites and with multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading a sales and/or back-office team
  • Demonstrated success in strategy development and deployment
  • Proven record of leading successful process improvement initiatives, resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify root causes of process issues
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools, statistical analysis software, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
