FLIGHT RELIABILITY ENGINEER (STARLINK AVIATION) Starlink is SpaceX's ambitious goal to bring high quality internet to the globe by building a constellation of thousands of satellites in low earth orbit (LEO) using our Falcon 9 reusable rockets. We are developing millions of devices for end users to link our customers to our satellites. As a Flight Reliability Engineer on the Starlink Aviation team, you will be responsible for ensuring reliability and coordinating launch readiness of our Starlink Aviation product. You will work with partner engineering, software, and operations teams to ensure that the hardware is prepared to fly on commercial and government aircraft. You will own any anomaly investigations in the fleet and drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned from the existing fleet. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build Reliability Engineer / Level I: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00/per year
Build Reliability Engineer / Level II: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00/per year Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year. Employees in Washington State accrue paid sick time in compliance with state and federal law.
