*IT Project Manager* *Must have experience with M&A and Data migrations* Key Responsibilities * Data Migration: Leading and managing data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. This includes developing and executing detailed project plans, pre-migration testing, integration, and post-migration validation. * System Integration: Overseeing the integration of disparate systems to ensure seamless communication and data flow, and collaborating with technical teams to establish and implement integration protocols and interfaces. * Process Changes and Analytics: Driving change management initiatives related to billing, transactions, collections, and invoice delivery. Conducting process analytics to assess current processes, identifying gaps, and re-mapping processes to align with target billing systems. * Stakeholder Management: Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met. * Collaboration with Business SMEs: Engaging with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, provide solutions, and seek feedback. Facilitating workshops and meetings to drive consensus and ensure stakeholder buy-in. * Collaboration with Development Teams: Coordinating efforts with both onsite and offshore development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of project components. Providing clear and concise project requirements and expectations. * Project Planning and Execution: Utilizing project management methodologies and best practices to deliver projects on time and within budget. Monitoring project performance, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed. * Resource Tracking and Budget Management: Tracking project resources to ensure optimal utilization, managing resource constraints, and controlling project budget and burn rate. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Preferred certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and Scaled Agile Scrum Master. * Proven experience in data migration and switch-based migration projects. * Strong knowledge of the retail deregulated power market. * Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. * Exceptional communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with both onsite and offshore development teams. Job Overview: * Guiding teams in the execution of agile initiatives to deliver customer value. * Training and coaching leaders, teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset. * Promoting collaboration and transparency, building trusting relationships, and facilitating periodic synchronization meetings. * Preparing program and release backlogs, tracking and publishing completed program features, and managing risks and dependencies. * Embracing a continuous improvement mindset and driving the use of agile engineering best practices and innovation. * Reporting on standardized program-level metrics and operating within the program budget. * Playing an instrumental role in the organization's Agile transformation and acting as a change agent with strong leadership skills.
