Job Purpose

The HR Operations Specialist will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Human Resource programs, to include programs related to corporate compensation and compensation compliance. This role will support the coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and programs for the organization. Must possess strong and relevant experience in data analysis, process management, and cross-department collaboration.

What you will do...

  • Complete department-level compensation and market analysis and communicate findings to leadership
  • Facilitate internal compensation processes, to include administration of bonus and equity programs
  • Utilize and maintain systems associated with compensation programs
  • Review compliance rules related to compensation at both the state and federal level, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to these rules
  • Perform evaluations for new jobs to ensure appropriate compensation grading
  • Assist in development and implementation of processes to improve compensation programs and strategies
  • Work closely with the HR acquisition team lead to support newly acquired businesses and provide on-site support to acquisition locations as needed
  • Support Payroll Timekeeping for acquisition integration and training for new team members
  • Assist HR leaders in implementing strategies and programs in the corporate and field environments

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for acquisition-related activities
  • HR Systems experience preferred
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, operations management, business administration, or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
  • Understanding (or experience) with basic accounting or finance preferred
