Our vision is to empower every SOC team toprotect their entire digital estate and optimize for their unique environment and needs. We build the ultimate unified one-stop-shop solution, making SOC teams effective and efficient. The team delivers optimized protection that meets customers where they are, leading the Extended Detection and Response (XDR) + Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) market.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management: Oversee and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure the team is motivated, aligned with project goals, and equipped with the necessary resources.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the security operations center's capabilities, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and scalability.Project Management: Lead projects from conception through implementation, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on technical leadership on architecture, design, code reviews, development and quality assurance. Maintain a deep understanding of current technology trends and their implications for security.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of security solutions. Collaborate across partner teams in Microsoft.Security First: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks.Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies that enhance the SOC's effectiveness. | |
