The Director of Community oversees the strategy, development, and management of the new Infor online community platform, including its growth, engagement, moderation, and overall user experience, essentially acting as the leader of the community team and ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals.
A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like:
  • Defining the vision and goals for the community platform, including target audience, engagement metrics, and key initiatives.
  • Overseeing the creation, curation, and moderation of content on the platform, ensuring quality and alignment with community guidelines.
  • Implementing strategies to attract new users and encourage active participation within the community.
  • Developing programs and initiatives to foster meaningful interactions between community members and Infor.
  • Monitoring key community metrics and analyzing user behavior to identify trends and inform platform improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Previous experience platforming, designing, launching and managing a dynamic, high-growth B2B user community.
  • Previous working experience with online user community platforms and/or forums.
  • Experience working cross functionally with various stakeholders.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters of Arts / Science.
  • Experience working in large, highly-matrixed organizations.
