GENERAL SUMMARY:
The IT Change Management Analyst will provide operational support to the Corporate IT Change Management department. Successfully applies complex knowledge of change management by analyzing existing workflows to identify gaps; develop, train and onboard customers on change procedures. Facilitates change authorization board (CAB) meetings and analyses changes using ServiceNow. Following ITIL V4 standardized change methods and procedures for the efficient and prompt execution of change management process activities to increase service quality and improve the day-to-day operations of the IT organization.
Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
