Regional Operations Manager

Master Eye Associates is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to manage daily operations of our 9-location optometry practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is responsible for managing clinic performance to drive business growth, overseeing hiring efforts, leading performance reporting, supporting HR and payroll functions, and coordinating multi-location operations. The ideal candidate has multi-unit management experience in healthcare or retail, leadership skills, and the ability to analyze and improve operational performance. This position is based primarily at one location, but includes weekly travel to other offices - approximately 80% home office, 20% travel. Salary: $80,000-$95,000 + performance bonus + benefits (PTO, health/dental, 401K).
