Account Payable Specialist

As an Account Payable Specialist at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will be responsible for the timely processing of all supplier invoices, preparing weekly pay runs, supplier master data management and use tax filings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify three-way match for all incoming PO driven invoices
• Gather required approvals in alignment with Delegation of Authority
• Post all supplier invoices
• Generate supplier pay runs
• Answer supplier inquiries
• Maintain supplier master data
• Use Tax compliance and filings
• Monthly reconciliations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Broad knowledge of AP function
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite required (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality required

Requirements Include:

• Due to the specific responsibilities of this position, candidates must be U.S. citizens, without dual citizenship
• Must be a US Citizen (Sole Citizenship)
• Broad general knowledge of all account payable functions
• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years accounts payable or accounting experience
