Loan Processor

Salary: $45k

Shifts Available: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Process TRID loan applications, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Verify borrower information (income, assets, credit history, debt-to-income ratios).
• Prepare and deliver Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosures (CD) per TRID guidelines.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and closing agents for smooth loan processing.
• Monitor loan files for compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate with borrowers, attorneys, and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain loan records and update tracking systems.
• Stay current on mortgage regulations (TRID, RESPA, TILA).

Qualifications:

• Experience processing TRID loans in a bank, credit union, or mortgage lending institution.
• Knowledge of loan processing systems, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage loan software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Understanding of federal and state mortgage lending laws.
• Experience with automated loan origination systems preferred.
