What would you do as a Human Resources Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Hospital Central Services, Inc. (HCSC), you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between human resources strategies and business objectives. Collaborating closely with senior management and team leaders, you will provide strategic HR consultation, expertly manage employee relations, and spearhead initiatives that elevate talent development and drive exceptional organizational performance.

Your role is to cultivate strong partnerships across departments, utilizing your deep knowledge of HR best practices to influence positive change. By aligning HR functions with our core values, you'll contribute to the long-term success of HCSC, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in our Asbury Park, NJ location.


What we're looking for in a Human Resources Business Partner

To excel as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Hospital Central Services, Inc. (HCSC), you'll need a unique blend of skills and expertise. A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is essential, with SHRM certification preferred.

Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of HR experience, including three years in a Business Partner role, showcasing strong knowledge of union environments and employment law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, enabling you to build relationships and influence leaders across the organization. Proficiency in data analysis will allow you to identify trends and implement actionable HR strategies, while strong problem-solving skills are necessary to navigate complex employee relations issues.

  • * Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies

  • Qualifications:
  • * Bachelor's degree in human resources
  • Business Administration
  • or a related field (SHRM certification preferred).
  • * Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR
  • including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role or similar capacity.
