Job Title: Janitor Location with zip code: Parker, CO - 80134 Duration: 6 Months Pay rate: $20/hr. on W2 without benefits Job Description Required Driving License. In this role, you will keep our buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, vacuuming, etc. You'll follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment and maintain/repair motorized cleaning equipment. Your duties will also include managing supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance and notifying management of the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Skills: A solid work history and a strong background in janitorial. Knowledge of floor cleaning. Must know how to operate a floor scrubber and ride floor machine. Must be willing to deep clean restrooms, kitchens office areas and open warehouse areas daily! Valid Colorado drives License, with acceptable driving record. Must be a US Citizen (for security clearance reasons) Dumping outside trash as needed. Must be a self-starter and able to work with limited supervision. Be a team player with a can do attitude. Punctuality and good attendance a must. Willing to cover in other SNC buildings. Able to work overtime as needed. Knowledge of all types of floor cleaning equipment and proper use of cleaning chemicals. Education: Must-haves: High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 1-3 or more years of relevant experience A higher-level degree may substitute for experience Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education Skills and experience.
