Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Development Manager to lead our eCommerce development team. This role will oversee the execution and optimization of our digital commerce platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development in e-commerce platforms, complex system integrations and agile methodologies, with a keen focus on quality solution delivery and platform security. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, operational workflows, and product lifecycle management, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives. The position will report to VP of IT eCommerce. We are open to the right person working a hybrid schedule and being primarily remote (willing to come into our home office in Manchester, CT a handful of days/quarter).
