Key Responsibilities: * Process Improvement: Proactively seek ways to enhance and improve existing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. * Transactional Support: Perform moderately complex transactional support tasks, maintaining accuracy and compliance with industry standards. * Guidance & Escalation: Receive direction from your supervisor, escalate non-routine questions, and seek clarification when necessary. * Client Interaction: Engage with client personnel, providing them with a range of information and exceptional service. Required Qualifications: * Experience: 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales environment, demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education. * Education: High School Diploma (HS Diploma) is required. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Mortgage or Financial Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in the mortgage or financial sector is highly preferred. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to address and resolve issues proactively, ensuring a smooth workflow. * Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in performing transactional tasks and maintaining records. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $19.54/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
