Role: Value Architect

Location : Dallas TX ( Hybrid role , In Office REQUIRED)

The Value Architect will play a key role in translating telemetry data into tangible business value, supporting the Product Manager, Telemetry at Blue Yonder. This role focuses on leveraging product performance insights to drive business strategy and customer value across our suite of SaaS and PaaS solutions. The Value Architect will work closely with the Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align telemetry insights with business outcomes and customer expectations. This position reports to the VP, Growth Engineering.

What You Will Do:

  • Business Alignment:Map telemetry data to specific business outcomes, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Value Realization:Develop frameworks and models to quantify the business value derived from telemetry insights, ensuring that data utilization maximizes return on investment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate the business value of telemetry data, influencing product strategy and operational decisions.
  • Insight Translation:Convert complex data sets into understandable, actionable insights that can be easily communicated to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Performance Metrics:Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align telemetry data with business goals, reporting on the impact to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement:Recommend improvements to telemetry practices based on business value assessments, contributing to the evolution of the telemetry strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data science, or a related field, with a focus on value creation and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and PaaS business models and the technological landscape IS REQUIRED.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including proficiency with Pendo for gathering user insights and driving product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and governance standards.

The salary range for this position is: USD $85,757.75 - $114,888.45

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
