The Consulting Services organization leads client engagements for our TruAudience Identity Solutions. Our goal is to build credible, integrated partnerships with clients to ensure the successful adoption of our TruAudience products and solutions.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data, analytics, strategy consulting, and/or marketing consulting with client-facing experience.
  • Exceptional data, analytics, and quantitative skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and applications (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon, Google).
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database design.
  • Working knowledge of customer CRM data sets and record enhancement.

We'd love to see:

  • Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly effective cross-functional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of common API communication, including but not limited to JSON, REST, SOAP, GET, POST, authentication methods, and transport layer encryption.
  • Ability to leverage common developer tools, including POSTMAN and SOAPUI.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Lead our Cloud Native and Identity engagements, including post-sale implementation, acting as a subject matter expert, configuring access applications, and serving as a liaison between the engineering and operations teams.
  • Support the Identity Consulting team by creating and managing documentation from client interactions to scale knowledge of Identity Products, and assist in triaging client problems, coordinating with internal teams when data or product issues arise.
  • Develop project scopes, project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and manage daily implementation in line with project management and TransUnion best practices.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of TruAudience Identity Solutions by balancing client satisfaction, expectations, and internal resources.
  • Establish a vision, frame key issues, and set a strategy while influencing key client executives and stakeholders to support significant change management by educating clients on data assets, best practices, and their relevance to business objectives.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,750.00 - $131,250 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
