ABOUT THE JOB
* Order all Concentrate needed for QA to support production using JD Edwards PepsiCo & KDRP systems to enter raw materials.
* Work closely with Facility schedulers & QA personnel to ensure that overall order demand meets needs to fulfill schedule.
* Daily mix reconciliation from previous day's run
* Do daily physical counting of inventory; adjusting in JD Edwards.
* Maintain accurate inventory in the system.
* Monitor expiration date on materials and ensure they are used before expiration
* Ability to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
* Maintain inventory levels that optimize storage space.
* Verify, monitor & record all returned products.
* Complete end of month, end of quarter & year end reconciliation.
* Participate in various operational, promotional, and product supply teams
* Comply with all plant and food safety, GMP and Sanitation regulations.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a high school education plus two to three years of related experience; or five to six years of progressively responsible related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Experience working with supply and demand functions is preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as inventory and sales reports, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of the organization. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as forecasts and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Requires the ability to operate a variety of standard business machines, such as computers and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Previous experience in the beverage industry is preferred.
