Genesis10 is currently seeking Change manager with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC This is a 6+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact, supporting large-scale planning and implementation for Business Execution efforts across Markets, Banking, and other key lines of business Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, or longer-term business execution challenges, requiring evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented situations. Contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the business function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Develop and manage change management plans to support strategic and transformational technology initiatives Collaborate and consult strategically with internal stakeholders, including client personnel and leadership Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing users, as well as user support team members. Training may be delivered through in-tool resources, in-person sessions, or virtual channels Create best-in-class, client-focused training materials, including job aids, control procedures, and process guides Lead and support a global user support team, ensuring timely and effective user support for applications and business tools, including user access management Ensure change management, communication, and training are embedded in all phases of project delivery, with a strong focus on driving user adoption and enhancing the overall user experience Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience gained through work, consulting, training, military service, or education Proven experience in change management and execution within a complex business environment Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across various teams, levels, and functions Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, with a focus on aligning processes, communications, and training across diverse business areas Solid understanding of financial services, specifically within the Corporate Banking environment Pay Range: $51-61 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
