Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all grading operations on the construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project requirements and timelines.
  • Strictly enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues, implementing solutions promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and mentor a team of grading workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job happiness.
  • Successfully implement project plans, ensuring that all specifications and client expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, equipment usage, and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to provide updates and address any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
Profile
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 4-5 years of experience
