Main Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all grading operations on the construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project requirements and timelines. Strictly enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues, implementing solutions promptly and effectively. Manage and mentor a team of grading workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job happiness. Successfully implement project plans, ensuring that all specifications and client expectations are met. Maintain accurate records of project progress, equipment usage, and prioritization. Collaborate with customers and partners to provide updates and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
