IT Team Manager - Digital Roadmaps

Responsible for planning and managing activities within the assigned digital roadmaps. This includes one or more Agile scrum teams that support their respective Digital Roadmaps and associated applications and technologies utilizing various computing architectures, (e.g., client/server, intranet, web) or mainframe platforms.

* You will apply your business acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects and roadmap deliverables.
* You will develop and maintain respectable relationships with internal business partners and IT leaders and stakeholders.
* You will report and monitor team KPIs and metrics and take initiative to execute continuous improvement while balancing appropriate levels of change management as appropriate.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
