This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: As the Go-to-Market (GTM) Program Manager you'll manage various transformative programs that drive net-retention within the business. You'll work cross functionally to identify what the business needs and opportunities are, gather data to derive solutions, scope them into strategies, and ultimately implement, track and manage programs/campaigns' success.

Everything you'll do relies on gaining and building strong interdepartmental relationships. You'll need to be empathetic, listen well and articulate what we're doing and why. Lead cross-functional teams, developing project plan and define tool strategy

Job Duties:

  • Define campaign strategy and execution using AI tool across products and business units

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define scope, analyze data to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and report key findings/insights to stakeholders

  • Define deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, risks and timing for new initiatives

  • Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Ideate new levers/strategies to improve workflows, campaigns, and sales tools

  • Improve front-line experience through thoughtful development of tools and processes

  • Support the development of sales/retention initiatives through change management

  • Develop internal processes to maximize the revenue growth opportunities

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, master's degree is a plus, work experience with 5-7 years of relevant program management experience, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Build new processes/deliverables from scratch; you develop frameworks to support strategic decisions and are accomplished at detailed execution

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in order to develop and execute campaigns and programs

  • Lead discussions with Senior Leadership to drive decisions and outcomes.

  • Create front-line plays, develop sales collateral, campaigns, value prop and deal strategy

  • Analyze data and reporting results to various stakeholders

  • Develop collateral to train sales teams on campaigns and drive change management

  • Strong presentation, organization, and communication (written and verbal) skills

  • UX/UI design, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite. Marketo and Auto-Dialer experience a plus

  • Analytical: You have experience with collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating actionable data in order to drive decision making and monitor campaign/strategy performance

  • Communication Skills: You know how to tailor your message to your audience, understand their motivations, and gain buy-in for your ideas. You'll share your plan though detailed materials that outline your project plans to drive program alignment

  • Quick Learner: You are curious and pick up concepts quickly. You learn the inner workings, motivations, and cause and effect relationships between departments, processes, and other programs

  • Creative: You have ideas and you keep coming up with ideas until you land on something that will work. You work comfortably with concepts, hypotheticals, and unknowns and can help others "imagine a world where..."

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $74,900.00 and $107,000.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
