STV currently has openings for Senior Project Manager in the Transportation group in New Jersey. Deputy Group Manager STV's Construction Management and Inspection (CM&I) Group is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Construction Manager or Senior Resident Engineer to assist in managing and growing the highway, bridge, and rail CM&I practice in PN and NJ. This individual should be well versed in bridge, highway, and rail construction practices, and have experience working on projects for multiple public agencies including the NJ Turnpike, NJDOT, NJ TRANSIT, DRPA, PennDOT, PA Turnpike, SEPTA and AMTRAK. This individual must have business relationships with these agencies, be experienced with business development, oral presentations and preparing technical and cost proposals. Must be knowledgeable with project finances and preparing subconsultant contracts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
