Ops Support Systems Integrator

VTG is looking for an Ops Support Systems Integrator in McLean, VA.

VTG is looking for a highly motivated Systems Integrator to join our team supporting an exciting customer organization. The successful candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and hard-charging to identify needs and quickly execute to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and optimization of business operations for mission focused group.
• Develop thorough understanding of organization's mission and core activities.
• Support strategic planning efforts.
• Support the managing of key projects.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement both within the group and with external partners.
• Review portfolio of projects and propose process improvements to make more efficient and effective.
• Develop and track performance metrics to aid in organization meeting goals and objectives.
• Conduct research, as necessary.
• Provide weekly reporting on assigned projects.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with varied internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with partners on projects with shared goals.
• Coordinate meetings and handle internal communications using customer's primary communication systems

Other Responsibilities/Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly.
• 5 years managing projects for this customer
• Must have experience with Sponsor's sensitive projects. Well versed in relevant regulations.
• Highly organized and excel at time management
• Strong organizational, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing and briefing skills
