Snowflake's Sales Strategy and Planning team is seeking a Senior Sales Incentive Compensation Strategy Analyst to join our growing team. In this high impact role, you will collaborate closely with representatives from sales, sales operations, finance, and IT to automate compensation systems and processes for all go-to-market roles. You will also be critical in helping us identify and drive opportunities for future automation and process optimization to support our next stage of growth. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Sales Compensation Strategy, you will oversee all Sales Compensation automation projects and support our monthly data review process. You will apply effective communication skills to gather and convey business requirements, deliver enablement to the field for all relevant changes, and provide ongoing field support. You will partner with BI, Sales Ops, and Finance to ensure all sales comp data is delivered to Finance accurately and on time. You will also use your strong project management skills to lead complex cross-functional projects related to systems and process optimization. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
