Summary: Under general supervision and according to detailed instructions, performs general administrative support duties including typing routine correspondence, memoranda, and reports using computer software. Uses discretion and judgment when answering routine inquiries, screening visitors, and making necessary grammatical or spelling changes in correspondence. Establishes and maintains files, distributes mail and organizes workload to meet established priorities. Work is frequently reviewed by department management.
