We are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant / Project Admin - REMOTE to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We are looking for a Project Admin person to help with a Complex Billing project. This person would assist the project manager and product owner with the following duties:

• Scheduling meetings
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Ordering/coordination of meals
• Team communication
• Documentation of meeting notes and action items
• Setting up of network IDs and access authorizations
• Other project administrative tasks

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant / Project Administrator working with financial projects
• Ability to work CST time zone

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $65,592 - $136,650. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
