Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate Alumni Program
  • Introduce patients to the alumni program (present collateral brochures, speak to patient groups weekly and promote participation)
  • Coordinate alumni enrollment process
  • Coordinate event communications (event & meeting invitations and follow-up)
  • Maintain facility alumni website with relevant & current content
  • Organize & attend alumni chapter group meetings
  • Conduct outreach in local community to help increase brand awareness and local community engagement
  • Responsible for obtaining google reviews form alumni sharing their experiences
  • Ability to create social media content and conduct alumni update videos2
  • Follow up with patients after they discharge
  • Assists with follow-up calls with patients after discharge
  • Connect patients with aftercare referrals as appropriate
  • Document all follow-up calls
  • Document all networking and outreach contacts
  • Develop event content in cooperation with staff
  • Extend needed speaker invitations & handle honorarium, travel arrangements & lodging
  • Book entertainment & organize off-site activities
  • Manage guest lists
  • Create & send invitations
  • Coordinate travel and lodging for guests
  • Plan menus & hire caterers
  • Purchase and organize thank-you gifts
  • Follow-up with attendees
  • Assists the Clinical team as needed: educational groups, alumni aftercare groups, interventions and education for high risk patients

Education and Experience

  • Must posess a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in addiction or psychiatric treatment field highly preferred.
  • Event planning and hospitality experience preferred
  • Additional experience with communications including writing, editing and design
  • Web site maintenance.
