24469BR Business Operations Technical Specialist I/II Gatehouse Administration Center Description Independently administers a specific, limited-clientele, divisionwide function that is moderately specialized and complex; performs the operational, administrative, and logistical tasks required to provide the specific service; and performs related duties as required or assigned. Qualifications Required Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate. Four (4) years of experience in the field of the assigned office or department, two (2) years of which must have been in the technical function to which assigned. Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience. Knowledge of practices, procedures, and policies of the assigned office. Effective organizational skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data and reach sound conclusions. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to deal quickly and accurately with quantitative information and verify the correctness of actions.
