*Job Description* * Responsible for fielding calls and emails from customers. * Focus on making changes to existing client accounts or orders as they request and will also sell services to new prospects contacting us. * Responsible for taking incoming calls and making some outbound calls. (10-20 calls per day) * Processing client change orders, providing sales quotes, and completing new client setup for phone and web sales. * Verify work orders from previous day and generating work orders for upcoming days. *Skills* Customer service, Call center, Data entry, Inbound call, Customer support, Microsoft office, Customer service call center, Email, Outbound calls, Ms excel, Outlook, Office support, Administrative assistance, Interpersonal and communications skills, Office administrative, Administrative support, Administration, Clerical, Service *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * 3+ years of call center experience or Administrative assistant experience * Microsoft Office Proficient (especially Word and Excel) * Experience working in an office environment * Looking for growth and longevity *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
