CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an ERP Analyst to join our Corporate - ERP & Data Analytics Team from any of the following locations: Albany, NY; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Tampa, FL; Miami, FL; or Indianapolis, IN.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

The ERP Analyst will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the Deltek Vision/Deltek Vantagepoint platform, which is integral to the company's financial, project management, marketing and resource planning operations. The professional in this role will serve as a primary contact for all user support and troubleshooting ERP-related issues, including developing training materials and user guides, managing user accounts, roles, and permissions as well as assisting with system upgrades ensuring proper testing before deployment. Additionally, the ERP Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system enhancements or configurations and identify opportunities for improvements within ERP.

REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint in support, configuration, or analyst role
  • Strong understanding of financial, project management, CRM, and resource planning processes in professional services environment (e.g., engineering, architecture)
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like SSRS and SQL preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences
  • Experience conducting training sessions and creating user documentation preferred


SALARY RANGE:

$70,000 - $82,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
