If this describes you, we encourage you to apply today. Some things you can expect to do: SUPPORT CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT AND CONSISTENCY OF FIELD MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops strategy with construction field leaders related to training and development, tools, and processes to align with annual business plans and overall company goals. Translate company goals to specific measurable objectives and key results (OKRs) for the field teams, and track progress against goals. Create trusted relationships with field leaders in each region & sector to become the "1st call" with role questions, frustrations, and ideas for improvement. Combine field strategy with Team Member pain points to proactively identify improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk points for construction field managers. Lead and manage operational process, maintenance, and change for construction field related tools, focusing on Workforce Planning, Safety, Quality, Extra Work Ticketing, and Field Documentation (Inspections, RFIs, Drawing Revisions, Punchlist & Closeout). Coordinate improvement efforts with OpEx peers on construction PM, Precon, and A+E teams, leveraging opportunities to cross train whenever possible to reduce barriers between roles. Work with field leaders, field managers, and the learning and development team to create and train content in support of primary responsible tools and technologies. Research innovative technologies and tools to support excellence in construction execution. Build understanding of peer-adopted processes / technologies vs. emerging focus areas. Lead field-related business operations support with Accounting, IT, Legal, Marketing, HR, and Payroll related to construction field operations. Act as a liaison between field staff, management, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and effective implementation of initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5-years in solid construction field management and coordination Proficiency in Procore and primary field manager technologies and tools. Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, and planning process. Experience in leading and managing design/build projects. Ability to make effective and convincing formal trainings and presentations. Resolves project-related issues promptly for a "win-win" solution. Strives to be helpful and proactive in all situations. Ability to evaluate priorities, establish program goals, and execute tasks independently. Display natural leadership skills and qualities to guide team personnel. Proven ability to build and manage teams successfully. Willingness to travel for trainings and conferences monthly.
Eligibility:
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program. Benefits:
