This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: A highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team, focusing on enabling our internal sales teams to excel in their roles. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring our revenue roles are well-equipped to guide our clients in maximizing their investments in RingCentral. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven individual with a proven track record of developing effective enablement strategies, tools, training, and metrics to enhance performance and drive value for our customers.

Job Duties:

  • Proactively gather feedback from aligned sales leadership and other stakeholders to continuously refine and optimize enablement programs.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to understand the needs of our customer-facing teams and align enablement strategies accordingly.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that empower our revenue teams to provide exceptional customer service and drive customer success.

  • Create and curate a repository of resources, including training materials, playbooks, best practices, and product knowledge.

  • Design and implement enablement tools and technologies that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and enable better customer engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust enablement strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay current on industry trends, product updates, and customer needs, ensuring that enablement materials are up-to-date and relevant.

  • Conduct regular assessments and certifications to ensure the sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

  • Act as a mentor and coach, providing ongoing guidance and support to enhance professional growth and effectiveness.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of sales processes and global service provider networks.

  • Strong understanding of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center solutions (CCaaS), and telecom experience.

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment, with a strong track record of developing effective enablement strategies, tools, and training.

  • In-depth understanding of methodologies, best practices, and key performance indicators.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in utilizing enablement technologies and tools.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decisions.

  • Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to develop innovative enablement solutions.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

  • 5-7 years of experience in enablement and/or sales.
