Our main goal for the spring is to offer students paid practical experience in an industry relating to their field of study. This experience is valuable to students as a means of allowing them to experience how their studies are applied in the "real world", as work experience.

This will be a remote or hybrid role, at the discretion of the hiring manager.

What you will be doing:

Market/Competitive Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.

Backlog refinement & Documentation: Work with Prod. Mgrs. On backlog refinement, building health backlogs, engage in agile ceremonies. Create and maintain product documentation/requirements, including user stories, specifications, and roadmaps.

Data Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future decisions. Work with Product analytics tools like Pendo, GA4 etc.

UX Design & User Testing: Organize and participate in user testing exercises to gather insight and validate product concepts.

Feature Prioritization: Shadow and work with Product Managers to assist in prioritizing features and improvements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.

What we hope you will bring to the role:

Must be enrolled as either a full time or part time student entering junior or senior year of a degree program, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technology related programs

Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude; and solid customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Problem solving skills
