Position Overview
Qualifications
The Gluer Operator will be responsible for the set-up and operation of the folder-gluer machines while ensuring all cartons meet our customer quality standards. Responsibilities * Set up of window/folder-gluer machines * Feeding machines * Troubleshooting and performing machine adjustments as needed * Following work instructions and procedures in place for each job * Meeting job estimates * Maintaining product conformance to specifications * Performing general maintenance * All other duties as assigned Qualifications * Quality conscious individual * High attention to detail * Strong mechanical aptitude * Good troubleshooting skills * Ability to communicate and comprehend written and verbal instructions * Basic computer skills * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively * Willingness to work 3rd shift (10pm-6am Sunday - Thursday) with some overtime/weekend work.
