About the Opportunity:

At Machinify, we're constantly reimagining what's possible in our industry-creating disruptively simple, powerfully clear ways to maximize our clients' financial outcomes today and drive down healthcare costs tomorrow. As part of the Technology team, you will oversee the execution of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals by managing cross-functional teams, identifying technical risks, and driving the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, leveraging technical expertise to guide development teams and facilitate smooth project execution across various stages.

What you'll do:



  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, tracking progress against goals and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, data scientist, business operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical requirements, project priorities, and communication.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of relevant technologies, software development methodologies, and system architecture to make informed decisions and identify technical challenges.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor their impact on project success.
  • Communication and Reporting: Clearly communicate project status, key metrics, and any roadblocks to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize project workflows, implement best practices, and establish standardized processes for technical program management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

What experience you bring (Role Requirements):



  • A bachelor's degree in technology management, business administration, computer science, software engineering, or another relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of technical program management experience. We prefer that you have prior relevant experience in the U.S. healthcare industry but it's not a requirement.
  • You need to have a deep understanding of the product development process, the product lifecycle, and program management.
  • An ability to manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and align teams based on those tasks is crucial.
  • You must have excellent communication skills for a smooth collaboration with engineers and other teams.
  • Experience recording and evaluating product performance metrics is crucial, along with the ability to report them to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • It's preferable if you're proficient with programming languages and some coding. We prefer that you have a working understanding of JavaScript and Python.
  • Prior experience in product deployment and integration is a plus.
  • It's crucial to have the ability to solve problems and technical issues as they present themselves.
  • Strategic thinking is key in ensuring the efficient management of several complex projects.

You've been entrusted with greater responsibility indicating the company's confidence in your abilities.

Pay range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD

This is a non-exempt/exempt position. For Salary position only: The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
