Job Profile Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing and ad hoc reporting. Monitor financial performance to ensure departments (NextFleet, Pro Auto, Fleet Maintenance, Fleet Capital) meet targets via monthly reviews and develop accountability tools.
  • Manage monthly close and reporting cycle, leveraging variance analysis.
  • Oversee the annual budget process and collaborate with local business units to develop yearly budgets.
  • Processing PO's and managing payment schedules and actual vendor payments. Determine cost retention needs and build the Fleet Capital budget and roadmap. Communicate scheduling with business units and vendors for new ambulance builds. Provide financial reporting, analytical support, and financial modeling for plant production.
  • Maintain organized paper and digital files for easy access.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and implement improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production processes.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Report safety hazards and advise leadership on resource needs for efficient operations.

Education/Experience:

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or related field, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience working in finance.

Experience must include:

  • Excel; financial performance analysis; working with massive databases; managing all aspects of finance and operations specializing in the supply of spare parts for heavy machinery; and overseeing financial performance, profit margins and loss mitigation strategies.
