We are looking for a Project Manager that can drive the scope of work they've received from Meta on their data center project. This position will have the importance of everything related to work inside the Data Center. Someone who can not only understand the requirements behind running electrical wiring through a large scale commercial projects from a technical side such as the tools required or the ability to interpret blueprints. Technical Needs: Understanding cabling and the needs for wiring when it comes to low voltage projects inside the center. Looking for someone able to drive that scope of work. Need to be able to identify different types of cables (18.2/18.6) Understanding composite cable Plenum cable (Where are you going to use it vs where are you not going to use it?) Shielded vs Unshielded cable Financial Needs: Budgets and Cost to Complete are very important to this customer. Finding someone who not only can interpret the current work that is in play but also execute change orders as well. Other duties inside of Financial include: Cost to Complete (Day to Day/ Week to Week) Understanding if Daily Production is hitting the mark Providing Financial and Risk Logs Internal and External. (What's been billed/ What needs to be billed. Providing change orders and RFIs) Understanding Contract Lingo (Scope of work: Specifically T&M and Lump Sum) Scheduling Needs: Understanding the difference between not being behind schedule but out of sequence. Need to be able to drive a schedule and deliver on it for both the internal scope of work and the customer! Skills electrical wiring, budgeting, Scheduling Top Skills Details electrical wiring,budgeting,Scheduling Additional Skills & Qualifications Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company. Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project). Must meet Company minimum driving standards. Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
