General Information: The School of Communication Studies (SCOM) is accepting applications for an Administrative and Office Assistant to provide fiscal and office managerial support to SCOM. The SCOM staff includes an Academic Unit Head (AUH), Assistant Director, Program Technician, Faculty, and student employees who support the needs and interests of undergraduate SCOM majors, Communication & Advocacy master's degree students, the JMU Speech and JMU Debate teams, Bluestone Communications, and the Institute of Constructive Advocacy and Dialogue.
